A new season of Pastel Pencil Drawing and Painting workshops begins in February 2012.
WHAT ? Choose from single ‘taster’ workshops or a more comprehensive course of 4 one-day sessions.
WHO ? The workshops will appeal to budding or experienced drawers and painters keen to learn more about pastel pencil techniques and materials.
WHERE ? A choice of venues in and around Warrington.

Draw a small but detailed portrait of a favourite animal from your own photograph(s) using a simple method of ensuring accuracy of outline and main features of the subject.
One-day “taster“ workshops - Animal, Vegetable or Mineral ?
On this ‘butterfly journey’ through pastel pencil drawing you will learn some key techniques such as blending and layering for using this versatile medium to represent the various textures of Mother Nature’s essential elements, light and shade, hard & soft, rough & smooth.
Comprehensive course of 4 one-day workshops
Learn to draw and paint Nature from basic techniques to composition.
